1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AiSongPromo (the “Service”), operated by Soundtik LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AiSongPromo is a platform that connects independent music artists with TikTok content creators for music promotion campaigns. The Service includes:

• AI-powered song analysis and creator matching
• Campaign creation and management tools
• Creator marketplace for direct bookings
• Performance tracking and analytics
• Offer generation and promo code management

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Payments and Pricing

Campaign and booking fees are charged at the rates displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Standard creator fee: $50 per creator per campaign
• Optional add-ons (e.g., CapCut templates) are priced separately
• Promo codes may apply discounts or provide free videos as specified
• All prices are subject to change with notice

5. Campaign and Booking Terms

When you launch a campaign or book a creator:

• We will make reasonable efforts to connect you with selected creators
• Creator participation is not guaranteed — creators may decline
• Content created by creators is their intellectual property, with a license granted to use your song
• We do not guarantee specific views, likes, or engagement metrics
• Campaign timelines are approximate and may vary

6. Offers

Offers generated by the platform are time-limited and subject to the expiration date shown. Once expired, offers cannot be redeemed. Accepted offers create a binding booking agreement subject to payment.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to manipulate engagement metrics or game the platform
• Harass, abuse, or threaten creators or other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your music and content you submit. By using the Service, you grant Soundtik LLC a non-exclusive license to use your song information for the purpose of facilitating campaigns and matching with creators.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soundtik LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
