Campaign Data: Song links, lyrics, campaign preferences, selected creators, and brief descriptions you provide.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. We receive transaction confirmations and payment status from Stripe.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited and features used.

Support Messages: Messages you send through our in-app support chat are stored to provide customer service.

4. AI Processing

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to analyze song lyrics and metadata for the purpose of campaign optimization and creator matching. Your song data is sent to the AI service for analysis and is not used to train AI models.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Anthropic (Claude AI): Song analysis and content matching
  • TikTok API: Song metadata, creator profiles, and performance metrics
  • OpenAI (Whisper): Audio transcription for lyrics extraction
  • Vercel: Hosting and deployment

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Hashed password storage (bcrypt)
  • Secure API authentication (JWT tokens)
